Having satisfied customers is the best way of marketing your business. The engcon Academy gives sales representatives and service technicians improved knowledge of engcon products. This knowledge allows dealers to streamline their services and develop fruitful long-term partnerships with customers.
After completing the training, you gain engcon certification and become an Authorised Service Partner (ASP).

The engcon Academy is a training programme comprised of five courses, which are chosen according to the participants’ job descriptions and needs. The training is designed to help sales and service representatives offer the best possible support for their customers. The training takes place at the purpose-built premises of Vericate*, a training company in Östersund. Vericate helped developed the courses.

With the engcon Academy, we aim to give our dealers optimised support to make their business even more profitable. Dealers gain the following benefits:

To make the engcon Academy training as effective as possible, groups are limited to 8-12 participants. This allows everyone to make the most of the theory and practical exercises.

We offer tuition in Swedish, English, German or French, depending on the group’s composition.

After the training, all participants will regularly receive information about new updated courses.
